  • Providing self-help groups;
  • Providing support through regular meetings;
  • Assisting members in developing personal coping strategies;
  • Raising awareness of the needs of people suffering from anxiety, panic attacks and phobias;
  • Offering personal development and training to members;
  • Providing information on a range of relevant issues;
  • Providing a lending service of literature and related materials and information on a range of issues.

Self-help group meetings

Our weekly meetings are held on Wednesday afternoons from 2 - 3.30pm and are led by an experienced development worker. The emphasis is on sharing experiences and solutions to difficulties encountered relating to anxiety, stress and phobias.

Training professionals often attend these sessions throughout the year in order to provide additional guidance, including a variety of coping techniques.

Please note: Prior to attending your first meeting please get in touch with us, so that we can assess whether we can provide you with the support you require.
